Negative: No complaints.

We were looking for a tidy home in which to stay that had a pool, a washer and dryer, and a reasonable price. This home checked all of our boxes. It's tastefully decorated without a ton of tchotchkes and Live-Laugh-Love-type trappings commonly found in rentals. If these are your priorities for your stay, then I would unequivocally recommend this home.

The property was perfect for my visit with my sisters. We were in Yuba City to celebrate our brother's birthday. The pool was lovely especially after a hot day.

This was a great find. I’m originally from the area and am well aware of how nice this area is. It’s a safe area and so
Positive: The pool was amazing. It was clean and cool. Just perfect.
Negative: The trees were a bit over grown in the front. Nothing unmanageable.
